Spiritual Leadership Program
Why spiritual leadership?
Spiritual leadership is vital today because it fosters a sense of purpose, meaning, and connection, leading to increased motivation, innovation, and a more compassionate and ethical environment, particularly in a world facing complex challenges.
What is Spiritual Leadership?
Spiritual leadership is a leadership approach that integrates spiritual principles and values into the leadership process. It’s about leading with a deeper sense of purpose, meaning and connection to oneself, others, and the world.
Spiritual leadership involves intrinsically motivating and inspiring workers through hope/faith, authenticity, conviction in a vision of service to key stakeholders and a corporate culture based on the values of altruistic love to produce a highly motivated, committed and productive workforce.
Where Work and Spirituality Meet
A major change is taking place in the personal and professional lives of leaders as many of them more deeply integrate their spirituality and their work. Many agree that this integration is leading to very positive changes in their relationships and their effectiveness. There is also evidence that workplace spirituality programs not only lead to beneficial personal outcomes such as increased job satisfaction, and commitment, but that they also deliver improved productivity and reduce absenteeism and turnover. Employees who work for organizations they consider to be spiritual are less fearful, more ethical, and more committed.
