One day, two hours

Introduction to Dimensions of Wellness -- Health | Mind| Heart| Soul

  • Pranayam: We will be working on prana, the source of energy of our life, which fills us with vivacity and protects us from illnesses.
  • Nature of the Mind can be won by using the power of now: Say yes to the present which gives us peace, relaxation and leads us to awareness. Learn how to be and live in the moment.
  • Emotional Intelligence and its dimensions of self-awareness, self-regulation, internal motivation etc.
  • Release of emotional toxins through the Osaji Japanese technique for pure and free emotional hygiene. Tools for this are compassion, forgiveness, self-discipline.
  • Exploring the journey of internal happiness, harmony and resolving inner conflicts. Power of Mantra and Music therapy: Here 432Hz music resonates inside your body to release emotional blockages and expands consciousness.
  • Meditation: Meditation is one of the most powerful tools for restoring balance and leads to mindfulness. In meditation, you experience a state of restful awareness in which your body is resting deeply while your mind is awake. Scientific research on meditation shows that it decreases hypertension, anxiety, depression, insomnia and addictive behaviours.

“Wellness Forever”

Four days- two Hours daily

This programe will focus on different dimensions of Wellness:

Day One: Physical Wellness& Breath.

  • Talk on the Four sources of energy which includes Food, Breath, Sleep, Meditation.
  • Warm up and Pranayams.
  • Basic yoga postures.
  • Mudra pranayam
  • Power of Mantra
  • Yog Nidra

Day Two : Mind/ Intellect/ Memory.

  • Talk on the nature and tendencies of mind.
  • Pranayam, Asanas and Mudra Pranayam designed specifically for mind management.
  • Discussion on Eckhart Tolle – “The power of Now” say yes to the present.
  • Power of Mantras for a chattering mind.
  • Music Therapy to calm the mind.
  • Mindfulness meditation for mind management.

Day Three: Emotional Intelligence.

  • Discussion on components of Daniel Goleman.
  • Self Awareness, self regulation, Internal Motivation, empathy, social skills.
  • Pranayam, Asanas and Mudra Pranayam designed specifically for emotional intelligence.
  • Release of emotional toxins through Osaji Japanese technique for clean and free emotional hygiene.
  • Mantras to settle the Emotions.
  • Music therapy for positive emotions.
  • Meditation

Day Four : Soul/Self.

  • Guidance on the nature of the soul.
  • Yin Yoga for hormonal balance and chakra cleaning asanas,
  • Soulful Pranayam Mudra pranayam
  • Importance of Silence and Laughter in your life.
  • Digital detoxification from the hyper connected world
  • Connection with your inner self.
  • Soulful Meditation.

“Wellness Holiday Retreat-Introduction to Holistic Yoga with Inner Silence.”

Half Day Retreat

There are not many people today who are good at sitting still for long periods of time in silence,- but we need both. Yoga is an excellent way to get our minds and spirits into a place of stillness, the practice of moving with the breath does for restless, active people what traditional meditation practice does for those more predisposed to it.

Holistic Yoga is

  • Postures that feed both your body mind and soul
  • Breath is the key: it becomes more than exercise, it becomes meditation in motion
  • The act of matching movements to the breath gives the mind an anchor and prevents it from running.
  • Add in all the good endorphins that yoga exercise produces.
  • Yog Nidra at the end is the best meditation

Wellness for You: one to one program

Wellness for You is a one-to-one program, customized program as per your requirements.

  • Ninety-five percent of our behaviour is a result of habit, either unconscious or a reaction to external demands. That’s why we struggle to make changes that last. Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short and experience disappointments.
  • ‘The Wellness for You’ programme is designed to support you at every step of the journey with a perfect system, constant support and consistent accountability so that you experience the transformation you’ve been longing for.

Program: 5 days one hour each day

Mindfulness Workshop:

Program: 4 days one hour daily

  • Cultivate an attitude of acceptance and non-judgement
  • Yogic technics and special pranayam for mindfulness meditations with practice of mindfulness you can get rid of overthinking and worries
  • In the end, it seeks to develop three key characteristics of mindfulness:

  • Intention to cultivate awareness (and return to it again and again)
  • Attention to what is occurring in the present moment (simply observing thoughts, feelings, sensations as they arise)
  • Attitude that is non-judgmental, curious, and kind.
